As a learner in our Contact Centre, you will learn whilst receiving tile support in the contact centre lo actileve set key  performance indicators and be accountable for the overall success of lhe centre through quality outbound calling, report writing, and receive coaching / mentoring from our experienced call centre agents supported and monitored by our contact centre management

General worker Jobs

Minimum requirements, qualifications and experience:

  • Matric or Grade 12
  • Clear Credit and Criminal record
  • Computer literate and ability to speed type
  • Ability to work various shifts within a 24 hour environment
  • Minimum of 1 year customor service experience (advantages but not prerequisite)
  • Excellent negotiation skills and customer empathy
