Sections A, B, C, and D of the Z83 are mandatory, while sections E, F, and G are optional if the information is already included in your CV.
However, you must answer the question regarding conditions that prevent re-appointment under Part F. Only candidates who are shortlisted will be required to submit certified copies of their qualifications and ID. Please note that the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture reserves the right not to make any placements. Due to the expected high volume of responses, correspondence will be limited to shortlisted candidates only.
