Office Administrator Position

We are a reputable company based in Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa and we are currently looking for an Office Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of experience in office administration, with a proven track record of being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

As an Office Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks, including communicating with clients, creating invoices, quotations, and reports, communicating with field workers, planning daily schedules for field workers, allocating claims accordingly, writing emails, and responding to clients. Therefore, you must have good communication skills, both telephonically and in writing, in order to effectively communicate with clients and field workers.

In addition, you must be able to work under pressure, as this role requires you to manage various tasks and meet deadlines. You should also be well-spoken, respectful of your surroundings and our clients, and able to work unsupervised. Punctuality is also an essential aspect of this role.
