Office Assistant Position

We are currently seeking a Sales Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team on a half-day basis. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and able to provide essential support to our sales representatives, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

As the Sales Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting sales representatives with administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, coordinating sales orders, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, collaborating with various departments to fulfil customer orders and resolve issues promptly, assisting in maintaining and updating customer databases and contact lists, supporting sales team members in organizing meetings, appointments, and events as needed, and staying informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and upsell opportunities.

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. You should also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
