Receptionist with Administration Skills

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled receptionist with administration experience to join our fast expanding training company based in the beautiful city of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

As our receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office by providing outstanding administrative support. In addition to greeting and directing visitors, you will be required to answer calls, respond to emails, and manage our office diary. Therefore, it is essential that you have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Excel.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to work independently. You must be able to prioritize your workload and manage your time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Furthermore, we require our receptionist to have their own transport, as the role may require you to attend off-site meetings and events.
