Purpose Statement: To greet guests, coordinate branch inflow efficiently, provide excellent customer service, assist guests at the ATM, and complete transactions on remote or self-service channels.

Experience: Minimum:

  • No experience needed, but applicants must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.


  • Some customer service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment.

Qualifications (Minimum):

  • Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational.

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred):

  • Knowledge of bank branch surroundings.
  • Skills: Communication Skills, Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills.

Conditions of Employment:

  • Clear criminal and credit record.
  • Must have fingerprints recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
