Purpose Statement The purpose of this role is to welcome guests, manage branch queues efficiently, deliver exceptional customer service, assist guests at the ATM, and facilitate transactions on remote or self-service channels. Through these responsibilities, you’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary for service consulting.

Experience Minimum: No previous experience needed, but applicants must have a Grade 12 National Certificate.

Ideal: Some experience in customer service within a retail, financial, or banking environment.

Qualifications (Minimum) Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) Knowledge Minimum: Basic computations Interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people Clarity regarding personal goals, with ambition and a willingness to learn.

Ideal: Understanding of bank branch environments Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and internal business processes.

Skills Strong communication skills Proficiency in computer operations (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) Interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Conditions of Employment Clear criminal and credit record Fingerprints detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
