Role Overview: As a Warehouse Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily warehouse operations. This includes tasks such as inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination. You’ll be exposed to a fast-paced environment, providing hands-on experience essential for your career development in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Process customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct inventory checks to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Aid in the loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse facility.
- Support logistics coordination efforts, including scheduling deliveries and liaising with transportation partners.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance your understanding and proficiency in warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office operations and computer literacy.
- Appetite to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
