Call Center Consultant

Location: Centurion Salary: R 207,662 per annum introductory payment plus benefits


  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Recognized Diploma in Office Administration or Applicable Client Service Qualification, or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and applicable on-the-job knowledge and experience may be considered during the selection process

Essential Criteria:

  • Proficiency in applicable Microsoft Office Packages
  • Knowledge of client service principles
  • Excellent data capturing and typing skills
  • Active listening abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to handle stressful situations
  • Effective time management skills

Performance Areas:

  1. Answer and screen all incoming calls to the call center
  2. Confirm information and update customer details as necessary
  3. Manage and resolve client complaints effectively
  4. Provide information and updates to guests regarding their operations
  5. Identify and escalate issues to administrators when necessary
  6. Monitor and engage with social media platforms as needed
  7. Follow up on client calls as demanded
