What are we looking for? We’re seeking someone with the following experience, qualifications, and/or skill sets:
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license with PDP.
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar position.
- Presentable with good communication skills.
- A clear criminal record.
Responsibilities:
General Maintenance and Facility Support
- Receive requests for maintenance of facilities.
- Perform daily checks of facilities to ensure everything is working and maintained.
- Complete any necessary installations or maintenance tasks, such as plumbing.
- Inform the facilities manager of any necessary repairs.
- Perform general maintenance across the facility.
- Monitor maintenance consumables and inform the facilities manager of any requirements.
- Store and maintain maintenance tools.
- Provide general support on security and access control across the facilities.
- Assist with traffic management.
Garden Maintenance
- Review daily work roster for required duties.
- Maintain lawn and flower beds.
- Clean and maintain the garden across the facility.
- Inform the facilities manager of any garden requirements.
- Monitor gardening consumables and inform the facilities manager of any requirements.
- Store and maintain gardening tools.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the academy.
