The IT Technician role involves assisting the IT team in maintaining and co-administering the company’s IT systems. Responsibilities include hardware and software maintenance, identifying and resolving user issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Requirements:
- Manage daily technical operations.
- Assist in overseeing secure server and network architecture.
- Support Help Desk services and network applications.
- Manage disaster recovery/business continuity plans.
- Provide technical support to employees.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Networking skills (LAN, WAN, IPSEC, TCP/IP).
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure.
- Printer management skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD and similar software preferred.
- MCSE/MCSA certification beneficial.
- A+, N+, CompTIA, or similar IT courses.
