Administration Clerk

The Department of Roads and Transport seeks applications from qualified individuals for the position of Administration Clerk – Human Resource Administration, located in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or NQF level 4 equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience required.

Duties:
- General administration duties such as typing, scanning, filing, and emailing
- Secretariat functions for Human Resources Administration units, including logistical arrangements for meetings
- Managing the attendance register for the sub-directorate
- Tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Providing administration support for Performance Assessments
- Administering leave and incapacity leave operations
- Conducting data capturing and filing of HR documents
