The ARC aims to appoint highly proficient, educated, and dynamic individuals for the following positions at Bethlehem:
Key Performance Areas:
- Performs routine conditioning under supervision.
- Adheres to instructions from the administrator.
- Utilizes tools and equipment under supervision.
- Assists in exploration support under supervision.
- Provides verbal feedback on work conditioning to administrators.
- Adheres to quality norms.
- Assists with introductory conditioning related to exploration services under supervision.
- Identifies and participates in own literacy openings.
- Utilizes work outfit/tools and equipment under supervision.
- Complies with SHE OHS regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Grade 10 or equivalent.
- One-time applicable experience.
- Good communication skills (verbal and spoken).
- A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
NB: Preferences will be given to candidates who live at the mentioned locations.

A competitive remuneration package will be offered in line with the scope, responsibilities, and level of the position. The appointment will be subject to a positive security concurrence, and preference will be given to designated groups in terms of the ARC Employment Equity Plan. Successful candidates will be subject to a six (6) months’ probation period.
