The ARC aims to appoint highly proficient, educated, and dynamic individuals for the following positions at Bethlehem:

Key Performance Areas:

  • Performs routine conditioning under supervision.
  • Adheres to instructions from the administrator.
  • Utilizes tools and equipment under supervision.
  • Assists in exploration support under supervision.
  • Provides verbal feedback on work conditioning to administrators.
  • Adheres to quality norms.
  • Assists with introductory conditioning related to exploration services under supervision.
  • Identifies and participates in own literacy openings.
  • Utilizes work outfit/tools and equipment under supervision.
  • Complies with SHE OHS regulations and procedures.


  • Grade 10 or equivalent.
  • One-time applicable experience.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and spoken).
  • A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.

NB: Preferences will be given to candidates who live at the mentioned locations.

A competitive remuneration package will be offered in line with the scope, responsibilities, and level of the position. The appointment will be subject to a positive security concurrence, and preference will be given to designated groups in terms of the ARC Employment Equity Plan. Successful candidates will be subject to a six (6) months’ probation period.
