Job Description
Purpose of the Role
The role involves providing pastoral support for the Aftersales department, focusing on executive tasks such as record-keeping, forms, data capturing, and event duties.
Crucial Performance Areas
- Generating quotations and follow-up.
- Handling purchase orders for suppliers.
- Managing supplier checks and balancing to factual order request documents.
- Maintaining accurate records of cargo testing schedules.
- Answering calls and entering guests.
- Checking yearly billing and collections.
- General administration duties.
- Providing admin support for technicians and Area Service directors.
- Managing public accounts-affiliated tasks.
- Monitoring spare corridor and job reversal times.
- Maintaining a safe working terrain.
- Achieving individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs.
- Demonstrating effective tone-operation and performance power.
Qualification, Experience, and Capabilities
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12
- Post Matric Qualifications: Would be profitable
- Minimum Experience: Executive experience – minimum 1 year
- Capabilities:
