Job Description

Purpose of the Role
The role involves providing pastoral support for the Aftersales department, focusing on executive tasks such as record-keeping, forms, data capturing, and event duties.

Crucial Performance Areas

  • Generating quotations and follow-up.
  • Handling purchase orders for suppliers.
  • Managing supplier checks and balancing to factual order request documents.
  • Maintaining accurate records of cargo testing schedules.
  • Answering calls and entering guests.
  • Checking yearly billing and collections.
  • General administration duties.
  • Providing admin support for technicians and Area Service directors.
  • Managing public accounts-affiliated tasks.
  • Monitoring spare corridor and job reversal times.
  • Maintaining a safe working terrain.
  • Achieving individual Balanced Scorecard and KPIs.
  • Demonstrating effective tone-operation and performance power.

Qualification, Experience, and Capabilities

  • Minimum Qualification: Grade 12
  • Post Matric Qualifications: Would be profitable
  • Minimum Experience: Executive experience – minimum 1 year
  • Capabilities:
