Main Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Carry out cleaning tasks for designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, etc.
- Clean side walls and pathways.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, food trolleys, and servers.
- Daily inspection and cleaning of hard-to-reach areas.
- Assist stores with ad hoc duties (cleaning fridges and store areas).
- Knowledge of chemicals used in the kitchen.
The Preferred Candidate is likely to have:
- Grade 12
- 1-2 years’ experience in a cleaning position
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment
- Cleaning of all areas
- Health, Safety & Environment
- Company policies, procedures, and processes
