Engen Limited is inviting interested and suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Administration Clerk based in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Purpose of the Job: The role involves providing transport administration support and delivering excellent service to guests by meeting SLA’s, ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient reconciliation of Engen documentation with a specific focus on Transport.

Requirements:

  • NQF Level 4 (Matric/Grade 12 or Equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Transport administration
  • Knowledge of Transport/Distribution processes
  • Experience in Depot or Transport operations is advantageous

Responsibilities: Distribution Support:

  • Support distribution processes ensuring compliance with operational instructions and safety guidelines
  • Handle and register purchase orders on SAP

Delivery According to Deadlines:

  • Manage documentation and registers promptly and accurately
  • Ensure compliance with fiscal processes and vehicle enrollment requirements

Asset Register:

  • Maintain and update asset registers
  • Document asset blights and continuous enhancement initiatives
  • Promote procedural mindfulness among callers and staff

Business Support:

  • Assist stakeholders with documentation preparation and finalization
  • Maintain effective communication and connections with internal departments
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of overtime wastes
