Job Description:

Role Purpose:
To collect or deliver any documentation, merchandise, or equipment with the company vehicle to guests.

Main Tasks:

• Reading daily instructions for deliveries or collections.
• Collecting company items from the post office and delivering to respective services.
• Delivering and collecting equipment, documentation, or petty cash to/from internal/external guests.
• Maintaining a Logbook with tracking numbers for all deliveries and collections.
• Transporting workers to other local services when needed.
• Maintaining a Communication-Book for accurate and timely communication relay to the office.
• Providing basic admin support to staff, such as photocopying, paper shredding, formatting, and preparing document packets/packs.
• Loading paper and replacing toners on office printer machines.
• Reporting office machine/equipment malfunction for maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Public Driver Permit (PDP).
• Matric (Senior Certificate).
• Valid SA Driver’s License.
• 1 year relevant experience in an office driver capacity.
• Ability to read maps, use GPS, and perform motor fault finding.
• Valid SA Driver’s License and PDP.
