Position: Procurement Clerk
Salary: R 202,233.00 per annum. SL5

Minimum Conditions:

  • Matric (Grade 12) certificate with Accounting as a passed subject, or NCV Level 4 in Finance Accounting and Economics.
  • A Qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics will be an advantage.
  • One year experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics Environment will be an added advantage.
  • Driver’s license will be an added advantage.

Position: Receptionist
Salary: R 171,537.00 per annum. SR4

Minimum Conditions:

  • Matric (Grade 12) certificate with Computer as a Passed Subject or NCV L4 Office Administration.
  • N6 Certificate in Management Assistant will be an advantage.
  • One year relevant experience will be an added advantage.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of the caller, and forward calls to applicable personnel and departments.
  • Greet guests (internal & external) professionally and determine their nature and purpose of visit.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate destination.
  • Monitor guests’ access.
  • Collect, sort, distribute, and file correspondence, dispatches, and courier deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain and update calendars.
  • Create memos, reports, and other documents as requested.
  • Address and resolve complaints from guests.

Position: Finance Clerk
Salary: R 202,233.00 per annum. SL5

Location: Sibanesetfu Campus

Minimum Conditions:

  • Matric (Grade 12) certificate with Accounting as a passed subject or Level 4 Certificate in Finance, Economics, and Accounting, N6 Certificate in Financial Management will be an advantage.
  • One year experience in a Finance Environment will be an added advantage.
  • Driver’s license will be an added advantage.

Duties:

  • Provide support in covering the budget of the Lot.
  • Administer petty cash for the Lot.
  • Monitor office orders.
  • Verify invigilators’ and registration appointment requests against timetables and do calculations.
  • Complete S&T, communication, and payment forms.
  • Order stationary and office equipment for the Lot.
  • Keep a register in the unit for all checks, payments, petty cash.
  • Collect payroll for the Lot and conduct yearly.
