Main Purpose of the Role:
The Social Worker will build capacity, provide mentorship, offer executive support, and supervise sub-partners to ensure quality preparation of program conditioning in line with program norms and prospects. Responsibilities include enrolling vulnerable heirs, managing referrals, training and mentoring CBOs, supporting them in meeting targets, and monitoring coffers. The part involves working nearly with Team Leaders and Registered Counsellors to achieve program pretensions and manage sub-partner connections, incubating the program’s charge to address social and philanthropic challenges.

Minimum Conditions:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Community Development, Psychology, Social Services, or a qualification in Social Auxiliary Work (with applicable experience).

Qualification:
Qualification in Facilitation (advantageous).

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in childcare, social work services, community work, and/or working closely with CBOs.

Capabilities/Skills/Attributes/Knowledge:
Capability to develop and manage connections with stakeholders, including NGO mates and government institutions. Knowledge of the South African social services and healthcare delivery system. Strong interpersonal, supervision, and mentorship chops. Excellent report jotting and communication chops.

Working Environment:
Support program brigades in other regions as demanded. Share in on-point conditioning, including patron or stakeholder point visits. Occasional trip and participation in events outside normal office hours may be needed.

Additional Organizational Conditions: Valid motorist’s license. Valid enrollment with SACSSP.

Crucial Performance Areas:

  1. Financial Management:
    Develop daily resource plans for each sub-partner. Track charges against requested payments for conditioning.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement and Management:
    Establish referral liaison between sub-partners and stakeholders to enhance reclamation, referrals, and case operation.
  3. Product and Services:
    Provide capacity structure, mentorship, and case operation for sub-partners.
  4. Attestation, Reporting, and Recordkeeping:
    Manage data quality and attestation.
  5. Internal Organizational Processes:
    Unite with Social Workers, nurses, relation Officers, Registered Counselors, and M&E Officers to ensure smooth program perpetration.
  6. People Culture:
    Support and examiner platoon performance to achieve program objects.
