Job Description: The role involves managing the internal administration of the Mechanization Branch.
Conditions:
- Grade 12 or NQF4
- Previous experience in a factory/reserves environment recommended
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday)
Duties and Liabilities:
- Handling and balancing deals from petty cash
- End-of-day reconciliation and banking of deals
- Registration, processing, and completion of claims
- Issuing GRV’s for stock and monitoring deviation reports
- Conducting stock take
- Entering deliveries from suppliers according to programs and procedures
- Liaising with internal and external guests/departments to ensure quality of service
- Performing other executive duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
