Life Healthcare is currently seeking candidates for the role of Laundry Assistant at Life PE Laundry in Eastern Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including handling, washing, folding, ironing, and distributing linen for Life Healthcare Hospitals in the Port Elizabeth region.

Critical Outputs: Responsibilities include liaising with management, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to health and safety regulations, managing waste disposal, and ensuring the quality and quantity of linen meet standards.
Requirements: Applicants should possess a Matric certificate (Grade 12), with previous laundry experience being advantageous. Physical fitness, good relationship skills, teamwork abilities, and flexibility to work shifts and weekends are essential. Familiarity with a hospital environment is preferred.
