Job Summary:
Support the Finance Team with administrative and operational tasks.
Key Performance Areas:
- Assist with daily finance operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Learn and apply basic financial principles, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Support the finance team with data entry, reconciliation, and invoice processing.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance financial knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial management and compliance.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance or a related field.
- Minimal or no work experience is required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of finance.
