Purpose:
To provide a professional reception service, welcoming CCMA visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments to ensure efficient business operations. This role also involves handling internal and external calls, taking messages, and routing calls to the appropriate individuals.
Key Performance Areas:
- Reception & Switchboard Management
- General Office Administration
Key Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 2–3 years of experience as a receptionist/switchboard operator in a professional/corporate environment
