Purpose of the Learnership
The RAF is dedicated to youth skills development by providing learnership programmes as mandated by the Skills Development Act. Applications are invited from individuals who have completed Matric/Grade 12 and are between the ages of 18 and 23. This learnership program will run for 18 months.
Work-Based Exposure
Participants will gain exposure to administrative functions within relevant departments. Learners are required to attend classes and complete assignments/portfolios of evidence. The program includes formal learning and practical work components leading to a qualification in either Business Administration NQF Level 5, Supply Chain Management NQF Level 5, or Business Analysis NQF Level 5.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Certified copy of Grade 12 results with English and Mathematical Literacy or Pure Mathematics at NQF Level 4.

- Certified copy of ID.
- CV and a motivational letter.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be unemployed.
- Applicants must have never been employed in the field of the post.
- Applicants must have never participated in a learnership programme in the relevant field of the post.
- The applicant must not have previously served as an intern.
