As a Team Leader (Mobile), you will play a vital role in our journey.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Area Directors to achieve set targets.
- Map and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Ensure availability and quality of marketing materials.
- Manage stock levels and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market analysis and suggest improvements.
- Assist in recruitment and team management.
- Organize continuous training for sales agents.
- Ensure adherence to cash-up procedures and vehicle maintenance.
- Provide daily reports and handle any related duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in sales/marketing/promotions.
- Valid driver’s license with at least 1-year driving experience.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
- Diploma/Degree in applicable field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing management and presentation.
