Admin Assistant (Hartebeesfontein)
Minimum Experience & Key Competencies Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- 2+ years of experience as an Admin Assistant.
- Driver’s license (essential).
- Own car (advantageous).
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM, SAGE 300, and On Key System (advantageous).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create work orders.
- Create purchase orders.
- Capture and order diesel.
- Monitor diesel usage on a weekly basis.
- Assist with timesheets.
- File all admin documentation.
- Order office equipment as needed.
- Order PPE as needed.
- Assist at the weighbridge.
- Draft minutes of meetings as needed.
