Position: Unemployed Learners
Location: Cape Town & Pietermaritzburg
Vacancy: Unemployed Learners (Kimberly Clark – Cape Town & KZN)
Job Purpose: We seek active individuals willing to take on new responsibilities and gain valuable experience for future career opportunities. Ideal candidates are adaptable, eager to acquire workplace knowledge, and capable of fulfilling all loading/unloading tasks as per delivery procedures. You will follow instructions from Team Leaders and Managers, accurately execute delivery tasks, and uphold the integrity of the company at all times.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Learn and adhere to clients’ requirements.
- Build knowledge and experience for proper equipment use and timely reporting of defects.
- Report and record any non-conformities related to customer merchandise.
- Operate within areas designated by management and business needs.
- Follow operating procedures and safe working practices.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BBB-EE candidate
- South African citizens only
- Unemployed youth aged 18-29 years
- Matric (English & Mathematics/literacy) – Essential
