Candidates must possess a Grade 12 certificate with no prior experience required. Key qualifications include:

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Administrative Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Procurement Administration:
    • Handle the procurement of standard items for office activities.
    • Obtain necessary signatures on procurement advice documents and monthly salary reports.
  2. Policy Management:
    • Keep all relevant HR, Finance, and Supply Chain Management policies updated.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality with documents related to staff and other sensitive matters.
  3. Meeting Coordination:
    • Scrutinize documents to determine necessary actions or information for meetings.
    • Collect and compile all necessary documents for meetings within the Sub-Section.
    • Record minutes and decisions, communicate them to relevant role-players, and follow up on progress.
    • Prepare briefing notes as required for the Sub-Section.
