We are seeking a Customer Service Adviser Helpline to provide exceptional customer care by handling queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Log in at least 10 minutes before the shift starts
- Address inquiries on betting information, authenticate account holders, and provide up-to-date bet information
- Answer customer questions regarding account issues
- Promote the brand and build rapport with customers
- Send vouchers and birthday SMS to customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Lodge complaints, ensure swift feedback, gather information, and escalate issues to the Supervisor for resolution
- Comply with company and department policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures
- Maintain communication standards that uphold the company’s brand/image and prevent reputational risk
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 6 months of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Betting knowledge and experience
- Degree or Diploma
- Contact Centre experience
