Programme Purpose

The purpose of the Liberty Learnership Programme is to introduce fresh and new talent to our organization. This program aims to:

  • Develop scarce and critical skills within the financial sector.
  • Enhance the professionalism of the sector by bringing in new perspectives.
  • Provide successful applicants with formal work experience and a National Certificate in Wealth Management (NQF5).

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Liberty Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following minimum conditions:

  • South African Citizen
  • Aged 18 – 35
  • Not permanently employed
  • Not registered on any other learnership/internship programme
  • Must have passed Matric with:
    • English and Mathematics (minimum pass mark of 60%)
    • Business Studies and Economics as added advantages
  • No completed tertiary qualification

Minimum Experience

  • 0 – 1 year experience in a similar environment
