Requirements:

EPWP Data Capturer:

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate
• A recognized three-year diploma or degree (advantageous)
• Knowledge of EPWP reporting systems
• Computer literacy
• Sound numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to accurately capture EPWP data

EPWP Casual Labourers:

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisors
• Consistent attendance and reporting

Duties:

EPWP Data Capturer:

• Provide exception reports on data received and captured
• Develop lists of EPWP reports expected
• Reconcile received/expected reports and advise the immediate manager on outstanding reports
• Capture all allocated EPWP reports from programs
• Assist with preparation of inputs for Branch’s reporting mandates
• Conduct data quality assurance

EPWP Casual Labourers:

• Report directly to respective delegated supervisors
• Follow work-related instructions
• Manage attendance registers
