PSiRA Registry Clerk Position

The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSiRA) is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Registry Clerk in Centurion, Gauteng.
Position: Registry Clerk (6-month fixed-term contract)
Salary: R9,781.99 per month
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma/Degree in Libraries and Records Management, Information Science, Office Administration, or equivalent
- 6 months work experience in records and document management
- Experience in a records digitalisation environment is advantageous
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and relevant job experience may be considered

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Office administration skills
- Willingness to work overtime
- Computer literacy
Key Performance Areas:
- Data entry
- Scanning documents into the Share drive
- Uploading documentation into the electronic document system
- Indexing uploaded documents
- Processing documents for archiving and quality assurance
- Compiling lists of documents to be archived and submitting them to the supervisor
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and time management skills
- Responsible handling of confidential information
- Performing additional duties as required by the line manager or team leader
