The Baroka Group is excited to announce an internship opportunity for the position of Call Centre Agent. This internship is an excellent chance for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Excellent Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer usage, including knowledge of relevant software and applications.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members.
  • Educational Qualifications: A qualification in Marketing, Insurance, or Sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

As a Call Centre Agent Intern, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Provide information and support to customers regarding Baroka Group’s services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer service experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
