Role and Responsibilities
As a General Worker in the Beverages department, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Timely Presentation and Setup of Refreshments: Ensuring that all beverages and refreshments are prepared and presented promptly for company functions, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintenance of Beverage Areas: Keeping all beverage preparation areas clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assisting in Event Preparation: Supporting the setup and cleanup of events, ensuring all beverage needs are met efficiently.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to staff and guests, addressing any beverage-related requests or issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Basic adult education is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in the English language is highly desired.
Certifications and Training Courses
- Basic PC Literacy: Having basic computer skills is an advantage.
- Communication Courses: Training in communication can be beneficial.
- Training in Handling Complaints, Conflict, and Criticism: Experience or training in managing complaints and conflicts is advantageous.
Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum Experience: Candidates should have 18-24 months of relevant experience in tea lady or cleaning duties.
