Position: Onsite Adviser Intern

Business Unit: Sales & Distribution
Function: Business Advisers / Business Development (FAIS)

Key Purpose

To support onsite marketing efforts and increase awareness at targeted employers, driving new business growth and retention.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Face-to-Face Interaction: Engage directly with Discovery Health Medical Scheme (DHMS) members and potential members on site.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Discovery Health and fulfill the role of DHMS brand ambassador.
  • Member Support: Assist with troubleshooting member queries related to benefits, cards, products, new business, etc.
  • Product Expertise: Market and educate members on DHMS through one-on-one and group sessions.
  • Presentations: Conduct product presentations to groups of potential members.
  • Marketing Activations: Assist onsite with marketing activities to attract and engage potential new members, building interest in the brand and its products.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Discovery stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • New Business Implementations: Engage one-on-one with members on site to assist with new business implementations.
