Job Description:
A vacancy exists for Security Officers who are NKP trained and registered at one of our sites based in the Isando area. The position will report to the Operations Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that proactive measures are taken to ensure security on site, adhere to site-specific security requirements, and ensure that the client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Psira Grade C registration and accreditation
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Security Industry
- Experience within the NKP sector
- No criminal record or pending cases
- Residency in the Isando area or surrounding areas
Key Performance Areas (Not Fully Inclusive):
- Constantly assessing risks/threats and making recommendations to the client to counter these
- Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client
- Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the client regarding security services rendered
- Patrolling the site
- Ensuring the posting of Security Officers is done timeously
- Ensuring that all Security Officers meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the client
