Role Description
This internship is designed for graduates who need work experience to gain a professional qualification or to become more marketable in the job market. The intern will be part of an administrative team at Sanlam Personal Finance, gaining exposure to various aspects of office administration and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Management Team.
- Support to Financial Advisers/Brokers: Assist Financial Advisers and Brokers with administrative tasks.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage events.
- Monitor Business Activity: Track new business received and outstanding premiums.
- Account Payments: Handle account payments and related tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Degree/Diploma: Business-related National Diploma or Degree (Marketing, Legal, Financial Planning, Human Resources).
- Work Experience: Preferably no or very limited previous working experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Employment Status: Candidate should be unemployed.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
