The Department of Residence Affairs and Accommodation at the University of Pretoria (UP) is recruiting Interns for Client Service and Administration. This opportunity aligns with UP’s ‘Ready for Work’ initiative for UP graduates, providing candidates with practical experience and exposure.
Interns’ Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be placed in the Department of Residence Affairs and Accommodation. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries.
- Working with UP computer-based systems.
- Performing ad hoc administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements
- UP Degree in Marketing/BAdmin.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Aged 18 to 35.
- South African citizen.
- Possess 5 Ready for Work Certificates.

Additional Information
- The position is office-based, requiring 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week on campus.
