POSITION OVERVIEW
This internship is designed to provide unemployed graduates with workplace experience, helping them become more competitive in the job market and increasing their employability. The intern will provide administrative support to the Executive Assistants in the School Director’s Office, including tasks such as filing, record-keeping, photocopying, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric
- Diploma in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a relevant tertiary qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree in the above fields is an added advantage
COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Executive Assistant to the School Director and the Executive Assistant to the Board
- Ensure timely and accurate filing and record-keeping
- Provide relief for the receptionist when needed
- Capture data on various systems
- Assist in moving items between locations
- Coordinate administrative processes within the office
- Collect and deliver items as needed
- Participate in selected enrollment projects
