Key Responsibilities

Efficient Call Handling:
Our Receptionist is the first point of contact for many of our clients and business partners. It is essential that all incoming calls are answered within three rings to maintain a professional and responsive image. The Receptionist will also be responsible for promptly reporting any faults in the telephone system to the relevant supplier, ensuring minimal disruption to our communication lines.

Daily Reporting and Documentation:
The role requires the daily printing of reports from the telephone management system, ensuring that all call data is accurately documented. This information is crucial for maintaining records of communication and for identifying any potential issues or areas for improvement.

Mail Management:
A vital aspect of the Receptionist’s duties includes sorting incoming mail and ensuring it is delivered to the correct person or department. Additionally, the Receptionist is responsible for compiling the company mailbag, guaranteeing that outgoing mail is organized and sent out promptly.

Visitor Coordination:
