Purpose Statement
The primary role of the Bank Better Champion is to welcome clients and coordinate the branch flow through efficient queue management. This includes providing excellent client service, assisting clients at the ATM, and completing transactions on any remote or self-service channels. In doing so, you will gain the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Experience
Minimum:
- No experience required but individuals need to hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
Ideal:
- Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
Ideal or Preferred:
- Knowledge of bank branch environments.
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal).
Knowledge
Minimum:
- Basic calculations.
- How to engage with people.
Ideal:
- Knowledge of bank branch environments.
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal).
Skills
- Communication Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Interpersonal & Relationship Management Skills
Conditions of Employment
