About the Programme
DHL Global Forwarding SA (Pty) Ltd invites applications from unemployed youth for our 2024/2025 Graduate Programme. Successful applicants will be offered a 12-month contract at our DHL Global Forwarding offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Company Processes: Assisting in the delivery of the company’s processes and activities to optimize service and performance under direct supervision.
- Managing Documentation: Performing tasks such as receiving, coordinating, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information.
- Maintaining Operational Systems: Supporting and maintaining operational systems as instructed.
- Performing Back-Office Duties: Executing tasks such as scanning, filing, and reporting.
- Following Defined Processes: Adhering to established methods and systems for completing assigned tasks.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Working closely with your team, providing support, and maintaining effective work relationships.
- Communicating Effectively: Sharing information that requires minimal explanation or interpretation.
- Addressing Task-Related Issues: Resolving task-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this Graduate Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Grade 12 with a completed Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Age Requirement: Between 20 to 30 years old.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Employment and Education Status: Must not be currently employed or studying.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
