About the Programme

Successful candidates will enroll in the Clearing and Forwarding Agent NQF 5 Learnership Programme, a one-year programme offering a unique blend of theoretical knowledge in Freight Forwarding and practical exposure in a real-world work environment.
Responsibilities
As a Learner, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Import/Export Processes: Assisting in delivering import and export activities to optimize service and performance under direct supervision.
- Managing Documentation: Handling tasks such as receiving, reconciling, and consolidating documents and information.
- Maintaining Operational Systems: Supporting and maintaining operational systems as instructed.
- Performing Back-Office Duties: Executing tasks like scanning, filing, and reporting.
- Following Defined Processes: Adhering to established methods and systems for completing assigned tasks.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Working closely with your team, providing support and maintaining effective work relationships.
- Communicating Effectively: Sharing information that requires minimal explanation or interpretation.
- Addressing Task-Related Issues: Resolving task-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Grade 12/Matric with a minimum of 65% in English.
- Age Requirement: Between 18 to 30 years old.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Employment and Education Status: Must not be currently employed or studying.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
