Engen Limited is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the role of Administration Clerk at our Isando, Gauteng location.
Purpose of the Job
The Administration Clerk’s primary responsibility is to manage vendor documentation efficiently to expedite payments, capture data, and provide general administrative support to the accounts department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Distribution Processes:
Ensure distribution processes are carried out according to specified operations and standing instructions. Adhere to OHS Act safety guidelines, maintain audit compliance, and handle purchase orders on SAP. - Delivery Management:
Ensure deliveries meet business requirements and deadlines by strictly adhering to SLA’s, organizing and scheduling meetings, updating bulletin boards, and completing all work orders as needed. - Documentation Management:
Manage registers and relevant documentation by ensuring proper financial processes, registering all vehicles as needed, and maintaining organized and compliant filing systems for all documentation and correspondence. - Asset Management:
Maintain and update asset registers, raise and close asset defects, document continuous improvement initiatives, and promote awareness of procedural requirements to terminal visitors and staff. - Stakeholder Support:
Provide support to relevant stakeholders by preparing and finalizing documentation, maintaining effective communication, and fostering strong business relationships with internal stakeholders.

What You’ve Done Before
Basic Requirements:
- NQF Level 4 (Matric)
- 2 years of experience in Transport Administration
- Knowledge of Transport and Distribution processes
Advantageous:
- Background in Mathematics, Accounting, or Economics
- Experience in Depot or Transport operations
