Job Description
- Handle all customer queries, including email and web-based complaints related to specific products.
- Follow up with clients regarding their queries.
- Monitor company administration procedures, including new member enrollments and updates to services and products.
- Update systems and manage correspondence.
- Provide consumers with their personal credit reports.
- Log, investigate, and resolve consumer disputes related to personal credit reports.
