Position: 4 x Administrative Clerk (Recruitment)

Job Purpose:
The primary role of the Administrative Clerk is to provide recruitment and selection services.
Key Performance Areas:
- Facilitate recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage administrative tasks related to employees’ doctor visits.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12.
- Additional Qualification: Certificate in Human Resource Management or a relevant qualification.

Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of the Cashier is to manage the payment processes for connection fees, deposits, and service accounts.

Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12.
- Additional Qualification: Certificate in Financial Management.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant experience.
Position: Administrative Clerk (Credit Control)

Job Purpose:
The Administrative Clerk is responsible for managing the payment of service accounts.
Key Performance Areas:
- Administer electronic payments for service accounts.
- Assist with cashier activities.
- Manage manual receipt and bank deposit books.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12.
- Additional Qualification: Certificate in Financial Management or a related qualification.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant experience.
- Skills: Good communication skills.
Planning & Economic Development Department
Position: Administrative Officer
Job ID Number: 2/3/3/001
Salary: R 589,866.24 per annum (Job Level 5)
Job Purpose:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining and updating property databases, and managing the transfer of properties in relation to the Valuation Roll.
Key Performance Areas:
- Oversee the administration of property transfers.
- Maintain and update property databases.
- Update the Valuation Roll based on changes in occupation certificates to ensure accurate income.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: National Diploma in Financial Management or a relevant qualification.
- Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s license.
- Experience: Three years of relevant experience.
