The Role: Bank Better Champion
As a Bank Better Champion, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the client experience at our branches. You will be the face of Capitec Bank, welcoming clients and managing the branch flow through efficient queue functioning. This role is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and experience required to advance within the banking industry, particularly in service consulting roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Greet clients warmly, understand their needs, and guide them to the appropriate service channels.
- Queue Management: Ensure the branch operates smoothly by managing client queues efficiently, minimizing wait times, and enhancing the overall client experience.
- ATM Assistance: Assist clients with ATM transactions, ensuring they are comfortable and confident using our remote and self-service channels.

Experience and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
