Responsibilities

What are we looking for?

POD Scanning:

• Daily POD scanning and archiving.
• Resolve SSC queries within 5 days.
• Achieve 99% scanning accuracy at the end of every month.
• Follow up on outstanding PODs promptly.
• Maintain an organized filing system with date format for audit or query purposes.
• Verify the validity of PODs when sorting for scanning to prevent future queries. Ensure invoices are valid, stamped, signed, or include GRV numbers.
• Take initiative in querying invoices from other plants to progress your job.
• Recon training to provide relief during staff shortages.

Relief & Ad hoc tasks:

• Act as a reliever for Recons as needed.
• Handle any ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

What will qualify you for this role?

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Matric or relevant qualification.
