Job Responsibilities
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Clean and maintain an orderly environment
- Ensure that boardrooms, offices, and kitchens are clean and tidy
- Empty and replace waste bags
- Load and unload goods
- Dust hard surfaces
- Clean toilets, floors, and building windows (inside and out)
- Wash dishes
- Operate cleaning machines and machinery
Hospitality
- Prepare tea and other refreshments for meetings
- Perform reception duties, including answering phone calls and filing
Office Support
- Reprographic work, including duplicating, collating, stapling, and scanning
- Assist with the preparation of work areas and documents for meetings
- Collect and distribute stationery and office supplies
- Prepare and serve refreshments as needed
