Position: General Worker (Grainlink)

Senwes Grainlink is inviting qualified and interested candidates to apply for the role of General Worker at our locations in Hallatshope, Kameel, and De Brug. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of our facilities.
Job Description
- General Cleaning:
Perform cleaning duties across the yard, bins, containers, silos, buildings, and bunkers to ensure a clean and safe working environment. - Pest Control:
Conduct spraying for pest control in silo bins, machines, and buildings to maintain the integrity of our grain storage. - Fumigation Assistance:
Support fumigation processes for bins and storage areas to ensure proper grain preservation. - Bagging and Storage:
Bag, store, and monitor graded screenings to ensure that grain quality is maintained. - Loading and Off-loading:
Assist with the loading and off-loading of grain, whether in bulk or bags, to facilitate efficient operations. - Maintenance Support:
Provide assistance with maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.
Requirements
- Education:
Minimum Grade 10 is required. Candidates with a National Senior Certificate will be given preference. - Experience:
No prior experience is required; however, a basic knowledge of the grain industry and strong communication skills are essential.
